GEEZ Data

Well, I guess I'm ready to share.  Below you will find links for GEEZ data from the 6/25 event at Frederick and the 7/23 event at Tipton.  Unfortunately however, the GEEZ software is designed to be interactive, so there is a definite limit as to how much information you can get from looking at a single screen capture.  For this reason, I am providing both screen captures and Excel spreadsheets of the data. The screen captures will give you some idea of what GEEZ does; the spreadsheets will let you look at the data on a tenth-by-tenth of a second basis.

Enjoy...

06/25/2000 Frederick
Screen capture (1024x768 - 137 kB) - The top row of runs are mine (John Todd, #123, 1991 Nissan NX2000, DS) and the bottom row belongs to Kenny Sorensen (#210, 1998 White Dodge Neon, DS).  Each row has three runs, but I have obscured the runs with the worst raw times so that I could display the summary data from the other runs.  Simple, no?

Excel v5.0 spreadsheet (1.2 MB) - The worksheet "Summary" is all that you will probably want to look at.  I have color coded it to try to better show our progress through the various parts of the course.  Note that I have applied some minor correction factors so that it won't look like I am doing 30 mph in the stop box (like the raw data did!).

07/23/2000 Tipton
Screen capture (1024x768 - 137 kB) - As with Frederick, the top row of runs are mine and the bottom row belongs to Kenny Sorensen.  Again, I have obscured the runs with the worst raw times so that I could display the summary data from the other runs.

Excel v5.0 spreadsheet (1.49 MB) - In addition to Kenny's runs and my own, this also includes Ron Katona's first run (#422, 1995 Blue BMW M3, ESP).

09/04/2000 Summit Point
Screen capture (1024x768 - 99 kB) - I only have data for myself for this event, and since I really only had two clean runs (runs 2 & 4 out of 5), I am only showing those two.  I haven't done the spreadsheet version yet, mostly because it's not as interesting when you only have data for yourself!
